It automated the process of collecting and verifying candidate information, reducing the need for manual data entry and paperwork. Softude upgraded the firm’s existing onboarding portal into a comprehensive HR platform tailored to streamline employee onboarding. The revamped solution included centralized employee data management, automated workflows for smoother processes, and e-signature functionality for secure and convenient signing of the documents. To simplify the management of multiple login credentials, we integrated ADFS, ensuring employees could effortlessly navigate multiple applications. We also migrated old data to the new portal avoiding data discrepancies.
