A Need for Change

The client was dealing with a mix of challenges, managing a complex multi-tenant system with strict data isolation, high infrastructure costs due to inefficient resource use, security concerns around access levels, and scalability issues during peak periods. On top of that, manual deployments, lack of real-time monitoring, and complex IAM requirements added to the struggle.

Softude’s Role

We tackled their challenges by setting up the infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. By optimizing the multi-tenant setup with Google Kubernetes Engine, we improved data isolation and reduced cloud costs. We also strengthened security with a clear IAM structure and custom roles. Automated CI/CD pipelines sped up updates, while real-time monitoring improved control. We added smart lifecycle and data retention policies for storage and implemented disaster recovery protocols to ensure business continuity.
