His prime responsibility includes providing strategic direction to the company and maintaining quality standards across the organization and corporate culture. He is also responsible for all partnerships and alliances.

His diverse experience in management, technology, and international and domestic business has contributed to the company's steady growth. He has been instrumental in setting up international offices and development centers at multiple locations across India. Ajay is a big cricket fan and enjoys watching cricket and playing on the weekends.
